Shipping within the United States is free and in a most cases arrives 3-4 days in your hands from date of purchase. There is not any downtime between ordering, processing and shipping your Kataphileo handbag. Upon ordering before noon Central time, Kataphileo will ship your handbag out to you immediately that afternoon. Where can you find turn around time like that?? Signature is required for every package shipped to you so please specify if you want your new handbag sent to your home or work. If you opt not to have a signature required, please make a note of that to Kataphileo. You will assume all responsibilities for your handbag if FedEx shows delivery was made to the correct address. Shipping insurance is included with every purchase so never fear your handbags safety when shipping. In the event you are unhappy with your Kataphileo handbag for any reason, return it to Kataphileo within 14 days and recieve a 100% refund minus your return shipping costs. After 14-21 days, there will be a 7% restocking fee. If you find your bag is defective, you must notify Kataphileo within 3 days of receiving your bag, otherwise, return of bag is up to Kataphileo's discretion. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
